What is the Return/Refund policy?
Refund request must be submitted within FIVE days after receiving items. Review refund policy to submit a request.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns or refunds on SALE items. Certain items do not qualify for a return or refund. See Refund Policy at the bottom of the website for more details on items that are considered final sales.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Processing time is 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location/carrier and Holidays.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
MUST notify immediately and request a refund within THREE days from delivery date. Please refer to our Refund Policy for damaged/wrong item at the bottom of our website.
We are not responsible for damages/lost items caused by carriers. Please reach out to them directly.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price at check out before you purchase. Shipping cost is customers responsibility. INCLUDING for a return. Unless otherwise indicated during promotional periods.

Yes, we offer local pickup to the Triangle area. Send a Email to us to request a pickup BEFORE placing your order.

Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange due to limited inventory and collections. We can issue store credit in the form of an E-gift card for a refund and customer will have to place a new order. Customer is responsible for Return shipping unless otherwise indicated during promotional periods. Please review Return/Refund Policy.
